Inspection: Once we receive the returned Product, we will inspect it to verify the reported issue. If the Product is confirmed to be damaged, spilt, or defective, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

Refund: If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 4-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange/Return: If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship a replacement Product to you at no additional cost, subject to availability. All returns will be processed within 4-7 days after receiving the request.
